Built for the food you actually eat.

From burgers to nasi lemak, pasta to pho. Snap your plate, answer one quick question about the oil, sauce or sugar a photo can't show, and watch every meal turn into progress.

A plate of nasi lemak on a banana leaf: coconut rice, sambal, a boiled egg, fried anchovies, peanuts and cucumber.

Most calorie apps guess from a photo and miss what you can't see: the oil in the pan, the cream in the sauce, the sugar in your coffee. Step outside burgers and salads and it gets worse.

In a University of Sydney study, AI food apps undercounted the calories in pearl milk tea by up to 76% and overcounted beef pho by 49%. A few hundred missing calories a day is the difference between losing weight and wondering why you aren't.

Four taps from plate to progress.

No weighing, no searching through ten versions of "chicken rice".

  1. Snap your plate.

Point and tap. Foursight finds every part of the meal, from the rice to the sambal, and estimates how much is there.

  2. Answer one quick question.

How rich was the santan? How sweet was the drink? One tap covers what a photo can't see, and you can fix any item in a second.

  3. See how good it was.

Calories, protein, fibre and sugar, plus a score from 1 to 10 that tells you whether it's a meal worth repeating.

Meal with its calories, macros and a meal score out of 10.
  4. Watch your progress.

Your weight, sleep and energy side by side, with the one habit to fix next. Small changes you can see week to week.

Why I built Foursight

Looking healthy isn't the same as being healthy.

I train, I eat decently, and people tell me I look fit. Then one random day, a nurse offering free checks at a mall ran a few quick tests. My blood pressure came back high, and from my results she told me I might have up to 70% blockage in my heart's arteries.

That one moment made me look at my whole routine: my sleep, my stress, what I eat, not just the gym. I changed a lot, and I started keeping an eye on my heart health. Foursight is the app I wish I'd had that day.

Questions, answered.

Is Foursight free?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 photo scans a day, unlimited barcode and manual logging, water, sleep, Apple Health, meal scores and your weight chart, with no time limit. Pro adds unlimited photo scans, weekly insights and experiments, and a health report you can show your doctor.

Does it work with the food in my country?

Yes. Foursight logs everyday food from anywhere, scans packaged food by barcode, and lets you type or photograph any meal. It goes deeper than most apps on Asian food, with local dishes like nasi lemak, roti canai and teh tarik, and it asks about the things a photo can't show: oil, sauce, santan and sugar.

How accurate are the calories?

Every number is an estimate, and Foursight shows it that way. The AI only identifies what's on the plate and how much; the calories come from the food database, adjusted by your answers. You can change any item or amount in one tap.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Foursight works on its own. If you use Apple Health, it reads your steps, sleep, workouts and weight automatically, from an Apple Watch or just your iPhone.

Is it on Android?

Not yet. Foursight is on iPhone first. Join the waitlist and pick Android, and we'll tell you when it's ready.

What happens to my photos and data?

Your data is used to run the app for you, never sold, and you can export or delete all of it from the app. Meal photos are sent to our AI provider only to read the meal, after you agree to it.

Is Foursight medical advice?

No. Foursight is a general wellness app that helps you build healthier habits. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor about medical concerns.

How do I cancel Pro?

Any time: in the app, go to You, then Data & account, then Subscription, or use your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel there first.
