Foursight is operated by Curtis (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Licence
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it; where they conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the app licence.
Not medical advice
Foursight provides general wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, detect or prevent any disease. Calorie and nutrient figures are estimates. Always follow your doctor's advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Data & account → Delete account).
Foursight Pro
Foursight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in the app (You → Data & account → Subscription) or in your Apple ID settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Deleting your Foursight account does not cancel a subscription.
AI features
Photo scans and some wording in meal ideas, plans and reviews use a third-party AI provider, only if you allow it. AI results can be wrong; check them and correct any item before saving.
Sponsored cards
Free users may see clearly labelled sponsored product cards. Sponsors are responsible for their own products and offers; we don't endorse health claims.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or reverse-engineer our servers, or upload unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from estimates in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
